1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Esko (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Esko provides an image-forward beauty inspiration and community platform, including browsing posts, commenting, liking, reporting content, blocking users, and managing your profile. Some features may be updated from time to time.

3. User Accounts

• Quick sign-in may automatically create a user ID. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You can sign out or delete your account in Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile and requires creating a new ID to use the App again.

4. User-Generated Content

• You retain rights to content you post but grant Esko a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the App.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, hateful, or violates others’ rights.
• Use the reporting tool to flag problematic content. Use the block feature to hide users you do not wish to see.

5. Content Moderation

Esko may remove or restrict content that breaches these Terms, applicable laws, or platform policies. Esko is not obligated to monitor all content.

6. Acceptable Use

• No harassment, impersonation, or misuse of others’ data.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated access.
• No uploading of malware or attempts to disrupt the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including design, logos, and code, is owned by Esko and its licensors. You may not copy or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Esko does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or the accuracy of user content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Esko will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms or for operational/security reasons.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
